How does the process work?

Once you choose a package, you’ll fill out a personalization form with details such as who the song is for, the occasion, your preferred genre, and any special memories or lyrics you’d like included. We’ll then create your unique song and deliver it based on the package you selected.

How long will it take to receive my custom song?

Typically, you’ll receive your completed song within 3-5 business days. If you need it sooner for a special occasion, rush delivery may be available upon request

Can I send this as a gift and remain anonymous?

Yes! You can send a custom song as a gift directly to the recipient. During checkout, just provide their name and email for delivery. If you’d like to remain anonymous, let us know in the personalization form or order notes, and your name will not appear in the files or delivery message.

What file format will my song be delivered in?

Your song will be delivered as a high-quality MP3 file. If you need a different format (such as WAV), just let us know.

How do I receive the lyric wall art?

You’ll receive the design as a high-resolution PDF file that you can print at home or at any print shop.

Can I use my own photos in the lyric video?

Yes! You’re welcome to include your own photos in the lyric video. Just send us your favorite images when placing your order, and we’ll carefully incorporate them into the design to match your song. If you don’t have photos, don’t worry — we can also provide visuals that beautifully complement the lyrics.

Do you offer refunds?

Because every song is custom-made and personalized, refunds are not available once work has started on your order. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, we can issue a full refund.

If you’re not fully satisfied with the custom song, we’ll create one alternate version of your song at no extra cost. This ensures you still receive a product you’ll love while respecting the time and creativity that goes into each custom song.

If there’s an error on our part (such as incorrect spelling, wrong details, or missing personalization that you provided), we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

Is this service available worldwide?

Yes! Songs and lyric designs are delivered digitally via email or download link, so anyone, anywhere in the world can enjoy them

Do you keep the songs private?

Yes. Your song is created exclusively for you and is not shared publicly unless you give permission.
